Once your order has been despatched you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 working days by Courier and 14 days by Royal Mail to deliver your order.

If your order has been sent next day by APC Courier click http://www.apc-overnight.com/services.php Once on their site you will see the Track Your Parcel box, simply enter your Customer Reference Number which you will find in the top left hand corner of the Order Confirmation email we sent to you into the Consignment Number box together with your Post Code
